Dunlap Creek
Escatawba is a Native American word for “clear, running water.” That’s exactly what you’ll find here. And, with it, some of the most spectacular fly-fishing in the world.
You’ll find an abundance of rainbow trout, many of which meet or exceed citation size. In addition, you’ll find brook trout and brown trout throughout the creek. Dunlap Creek is home to many hatches and it’s perfectly suited to both dry fly and nymph fishing.
We strive to make every experience at Escatawba Farms ideal, so we limit the number of rods on the stream each day. To be sure, the Blue Ridge Mountains all around us help complete that experience.
